In an effort to better assist our patrons, this article should have all of the useful information about the convention.
Unlike Comic-Con there will be on site registration Saturday and Sunday. Our registration table opens at 9am and closes at 8pm on Saturday. On Sunday the registration table will open at 9am and will close at 3:30pm. No new registration or admissions will be taken after 3:30pm on Sunday.
You are required to have a badge at ALL TIMES in a prominent location. Loss of badge is a $25 charge.
Everyone must have a badge and must complete a registration form. If you purchased tickets online, you can skip a registration form.
Our doors will open at 9:30am on Saturday for everyone. On Sunday we will open at 9:30 for pre-regostered patrons and 10am for Sunday badge holders.
Since this is our first year doing photo ops, we request your patience as we work through the kinks.
Saturday photo ops will only be out Celebrity In Costume Photo Ops. We will being taking photos at 3:45 and will conclude once the line has finished. Please do not miss your photo op as we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Photo ops will be available at some point Saturday evening so you may have your photo autographed. Solo photo ops will be offered first (1 actor) and then the Klingon duo. Please form a link outside of the photo op room.
On Sunday our photo ops will take place at 3:30pm immediately prior to their final appearance on stage. Again, solo photo ops will be offered first, then duo. These photo are for the actors NOT in costume.
Autographs with the actors will be available for a nominal charge at their table. Please respect our actors by not taking candid photos.
Those wanting a picture with Larry Nemecek, John Paladin, or Michael DeMeritt can purchase those photo ops at their tables. This is only if you want a professional photo op with these individuals.
No outside food or drinks, with the exception of bloodwine, is allowed. We will have concessions available at the convention in the Concession room. We have assorted chips, cookies, candy, and pizza. Enjoy!
Most importantly, we will have a bar this year serving Beer, Wine, and other assorted drinks. 21 and up only please.
At 6:30pm, we will host a badge party in the hotel meeting room (look for the sign on the 1st floor). Come visit with our many guests and meet fellow attendees. This is your opportunityy to get your badge FIRST! Please be patient as we work through this process. We will have light refreshments available.
The costume contest will take place immediately following the Charity Auction. We think this time will be at 8:30pm, however, please be in line by 8pm. There will be signs directing you to an outside door of the Civic Center. Please wait inside, and someone will bring you to the backstage area when the time is right.
As with any event the schedule sometimes changes. A couple of panels have been moved or changed, so please check the big schedules printed throughout the convention center.
We are excited to announce that CARNIVAL EPSILON will be presenting their Steampunk show immediately following a performance by the Suzuka 7. This show is phenomenal and you won't want to miss it.
The Klingon Breakfast will be held at 8am in the hotel meeting room (look for the signs on the first floor). This is seperate ticketed event and only those with a ticket will be allowed in. We still have passes available, get those at the Registration desk. A light breakfast of crossaints, assorted pasrties, coffee, fruit, juice, and milk will be served. This event will last 1 hour. Please no autographs allowed at this event. Cameras are allowed, tag us on Facebook!
Klingon Karaoke happens in Panel Room 2. Come party like a Klingon to your favorite hits!
