Johnny J. Segura III was born and raised in Lake Charles, La. He is a self-taught artist with an American-Manga style. He's biggest inspirations growing up were Joe Joe Madureira, Humberto Ramos and Kohta Hirano. Nowadays he spends most of his time admiring Ryan Ottely, Jason Pearson, anything Final Fantasy or Gurren Lagann related and still having a deep love for Joe Mad.He has self-published several of his own comics including the very successful " Pipe Dreams: A Tale of 2 Plumbers " which is Segura's take on one of his first love - the Mario Bros. Along with Pipe Dreams, he has Billy the Face - a post-apocalyptic world where Billy's fight for revenge for his father's death turns into something much bigger than he ever could imagine. His most recent project " Demon's Redemption " takes place in fuedal Japan about a once top killer looking to find peace is destined to be forever haunted by his horrible past. Those side by side with " Dead Beats " which he did for CCP Comics make up an impressive comic presence. Along with his 90-page sketch book " AWESOME SAUCE - The Art of Johnny J. Segura III " and with 80+ art prints ranging from Anime to American Comics to Pop Culture Icons he has something for everyone. Johnny has spent the last 2 years traveling the Southwest hitting up some of the biggest cons putting himself out for everyone to see. Selling comics, original art, prints, and also breaking hearts. Currently, he is working on new issues of Billy, Dead Beats, Demon's Redemption and Pipe Dreams
Jason Hardy was born and raised in Kaplan, Louisiana. A small, quiet town similar to Mayberry but with more drunks. Surprisingly, he does not work for Kaplan's tourist bureau but instead as a high school teacher. He is also a self taught (it sometimes shows), amateur artist that specializes in SF/Fantasy art with a comic touch. He also enjoys Pinup art for quite obvious reasons. He was inspired early on by such artists as Frank Frazetta, Michael Whelan and Jeffrey Jones and avidly read the books of ERB, Ray Bradbury, Robert E. Howard and Fritz Leiber as a teen though, oddly enough, he has never carried a sword or seen a live dinosaur. He also grew up watching Sinbad movies, Tarzan adventures, Star Trek episodes and Kolchak stalkings and continues to enjoy them today. He is a self published poet (most people don't know it) with three books under his belt which makes for very uncomfortable seating. His books are: The Paranoid Pirate, My Mommy Hates Halloween and Cats of Cairo. His poetry is humorous and tends to make more serious poets grumble then smile reluctantly. He does in fact have a cat that unfortunately does not attend conventions since his fees are much too high.
Jacqueline Segura, 27, was born and raised in Lake Charles. She is known for her colorful, expressive paintings and recently published black and white photo zine "Abandoned Orphanage". Segura is an exciting and youthful proponent of outsider art in Lake Charles, who challenges the boundaries of typical Lake Charles Visual Art.

Mark Rhodes has been a fan of comic books and an artist most of his life. Mark grew up and attended high school in Slidell. Wanting to persue a career in the arts, he attended Delgado Community College in New Orleans and graduated with an associates degree in commercial art. A few years later, attending Southeastern Louisiana University, majoring in art education and graphic design. Mark soon found work as a graphic designer for newspapers and advertising agencies across the Northshore. After finding many friends though Facebook, who where drawing and publishing their own comics on the internet, he felt that it was finally time to realize his dream of drawing his own comic.
Mark's comic is about the modern city of Olympia, where the mythical gods of old return to modern day and fight to save their city from the forces of evil. The look of each god has been reimagined to look like superheroes and villains. Mark's work is inspired by the artists that he grew up reading, such as Jim Lee, Erik Larsen, and Todd McFarlane.
