No convention would be complete without a great Merchants room, and BayouCon is no exception. The Merchant room is the area for those selling collectibles (such as comics, show memorabilia, t-shirts, books, and etc.) while our Artist/Author alley will host those indivduals selling custom comissions and etc.  In 2013 we move to a new facility, Chateau de Calcasieu.  This New Orleans themed facility will be a change in pace from the Lake Charles Civic Center.  More information about this new venue will be located in the venue section of this website.  In our Dealer's Room this year will be: Paper Heroes, Radical Works, Snake and Monkey Studios, Milo's Cutting Edge, Punk'dWorks, Moxie Gia Designs, and AniPirates.  More will be added soon.

Moxie Gia Designs

Moxie Gia Designs has been creating jewelry and art since 2006. I sell at Lafayette's Rebel Rouser Low brow art show currently each month and love it. I have a wide variety of styles that come into play in my work. I also like to do dabble in many things. Painting, making jewelry, working with clay and resin, sewing & much more. My jewelry and art is anywhere from rockabilly, punk, kawaii, geekery to zombies, Dr. Who and comics.

Handcrafted Steampunk jewelry and Handcrafted beaded jewelry. We would be bringing Steampunk and Day of the Dead themed pieces.

AniPirates

AniPirates is a small business that sells many different things mostly everything sold by AniPirates is hand made. AniPirates and company make just a huge variety of things from jewelry, plushies, custom ponies, hats, paintings, character sculpties, and clocks. We also take commissions from customers interested in cosplay costumes or weapons. We take commissions on pretty much anything as long as we know we can make it. A few examples would be it may be a picture or a specific character made from sculpty. If you have any questions about a product or commission idea just send us an email.

We sell the SteamCraft RPG and related gaming/costuming accessories. This includes steampunk guns, badges, jewellery, watches, and goggles.

Merchant Policies at BayouCon - We are sold out of space, thank you!

Merchant tables are 8'x3' and are sold on a per table basis.  Booths typically extend 6' from the wall and follow the diameter/length of the tables.  Each Vendor will receive 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor badges for their initial order.  Additional tables, chairs, and badges are available for an additional fee.

Our 2013 pricing is as follows:
Initial merchant table - $30 (includes table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor badges)
Additional tables (for the front of your booth) - $10
Additional chairs - $1 each
White Table Cloth - $20 each
Additional Merchant Badges (limiit 4 total badges per booth/vendor) - $10 per badge
