Cute Classy Chaos

Cute Classy CHAOS” was the first Louisiana Team to compete nationally in the finals of the World Cosplay Summit. Year-round you’ll find them running shows as the cosplay competition coordinators for several anime conventions in Louisiana and Texas, including BayouCon, Louisianime, Anime Overload, IkkiCon, Anime Austin, and more in the works for next year! They’ve also done promotional video work for CyPhaCon in Lake Charles.

Michelle Hart (aka: SanctuaryMemories) has been cosplaying since 2002 and considers herself a “cosplay grandma”. She’s hosted panels and judged cosplay events over the last decade on various topics. She’s also won several awards, including Best Craftsmanship, Judges Awards, Best Overall; and was featured on Dark Horse’s blog! Michelle spends all of her spare time looking at costumes to make, talking about costumes, and breathing costumes. She spends her working hours in a local fabric shop – or napping. She loves idols, fluffy costumes, and cosplaying with others!

Brigette Rose (aka: Oo La La) began her cosplay journey in 2004. She’s won several awards at cosplay competitions, and worked 7 years as a live action cosplay model for Louisiana’s longest running anime convention, MechaCon. She is a University graduate in Media, and has been a dj/radio announcer on several local radio stations: Rock 101.3 FM in Lake Charles, Rock 93.7FM (Lafayette/Baton Rouge), 94.5 KSMB (Lafayette/Lake Charles), and most recently 106.3 FM (Lafayette). She has also done voice-over for FUNimation films, and voiced numerous commercials across the south.

Little Red Fox Cosplay

Little Red Fox has been cosplaying on and off for 15 years, but really committed to improving her costuming skills in 2013. A lifelong gaming aficionado, she is heavily influenced by both tabletop and video games, and is most well known for her portrayals of characters from the gaming world. When she isn't crafting, Red enjoys working with other cosplayers, and often volunteers her time and talents to assist local dance and theater productions. She is based in Mobile, AL.

 

Alaska Cosplay

Alaska is a Louisiana based cosplayer. Having been active in the cosplay community since 2011, she has made over 20 cosplays throughout the years. With a Passion in making cosplays with armor and really large props, she loves to learn new techniques and perfect the ones she's already used in the past. In 2013, Alaska competed with her partner in the World Cosplay Summit where they placed 3rd. She's been a judge, panelist, and also been on cosplay staff at several conventions around the south. As a Cosplayer, she loves meeting new people and talking to them about cosplay, always loving the new experiences and attending new conventions.

 

 

 

AKA Cosplay

AKA is an award-winning Lake Charles based cosplay and art group. The name stands for Ashley, Kathryn, and Alexandra, the initials of its founding members. Along with Ashley's husband, Jeremy, our group is dedicated to bringing a level of professional theatricality and unique art to the convention scene. Each member adds something dynamic and unstoppable, whether it is a talent for costume creation and design, drawing, pyrography, writing, or paranormal investigation.
