1. All announced guests have been officially invited to attend.  However, their appearance at BayouCon can be cancelled at anytime due to work commitments and/or health.  Should this occur, we will immediately announce this on our website and on our social media sites.  We will try to find a suitable replacement as soon as possible.

2. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds on memberships based on guest cancellations.  However VIP or specific guest related badges will be refunded or exchanged.
