Vendor's Information

No convention would be complete without a great Merchants room, and BayouCon is no exception. The Merchant room is the area for those selling collectibles (such as comics, show memorabilia, t-shirts, books, and etc.) while our Artist/Author alley will host those indivduals selling custom comissions and etc. 

Merchant Policies at BayouCon

Merchant tables are 8'x3' and are sold on a per table basis.  Booths typically extend 6' from the wall and follow the diameter/length of the tables.  Each Vendor will receive 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor badges for their initial order.  Additional tables, chairs, and badges are available for an additional fee.

This year we be moving to the West Cal Events Center.  The brand new facility is complete with complimentary Wi-Fi and easy access for loading and unloading.

Our 2015 pricing is as follows:
Initial merchant table - $40 (includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor badges)
Additional tables (for the front of your booth) - $15
Additional Merchant Badges (limiit 4 total badges per booth/vendor) - $15 per badge
