Every convention offers great panels and BayouCon is no exception. By signing up to host a panel at BayouCon, you'll bring your love for fandom to our many attendees. Sign up today!
Each panelist will enjoy complimentary access to BayouCon. You will be required to sign a panelist agreement prior to receiving your badge.

Fan Groups
Fan Groups play a major role in the overall atmosphere at BayouCon. We are excited that you have made the choice to be a part of the convention in 2015. By registering with BayouCon, you group may receive up to 5 complimentary badges.
Our Fan Group policy is as follows: Fan groups are required to actively participate in the convention. We require you to man your table during our designated group hours. You must coordinate with the Fan Group Coordinator any expected times you will be unable to man your table. By accepting the badges and table space you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct. While we do offer groups up to 5 passes, we reserve the right to adjust those quantities. This application is not considered accepted until you receive email confirmation.
Artist Alley
Want to display your art to fans of Comics, Sci-Fi & Anime? BayouCon is the right place. Each Artist will enjoy a complimentary pass and 1 table inside the convention. Please note while you will be allowed to sell custom commissions and prints, no selling of commercially available items will be allowed in the Artist Alley area. Those interested in selling those type of merchandise should seek a vendors space in our Dealer's Room. Those selling jewelry are not considered artists and must purchase a Dealer's table. New artists to our show will be required to pay a deposit of $10 to secure your space. Upon arriving at the convention, your money will be returned. For those not attending, monies collected will be donated to our charity. We encourage all artists to consider a donation to charity.

Author Alley
Have an exciting novel you want to share with the world? At BayouCon, that dream will become a reality. Each Author will receive a complimentary pass and 1 table inside the convention. Please note that publishing companies and those selling books from a variety of authors will be required to purcahse a vendor's space inside our Dealer's Room. New authors to our show will be required to pay a deposit of $10 to secure your space. Upon arriving at the convention, your money will be returned. For those not attending, monies collected will be donated to our charity. We encourage all authors to consider a donation to charity.
